- Photos may be placed as references in copy – though labels need to match file names of photos
- Questions for review allowed in comment pane of document

- Photos should be placed in the larger story folder
- Highest/original quality & resolution as possible
- No Watermarks
- Original art & photography will be prioritized over provided/archival imagery
- No AI generated art allowed for submission
- Stock imagery allowed for review with full source/citation; not guaranteed to run
- Photos provided allowed with explicit permission, without explicit permission, they may be subject to review
- All art is subject to review by management & may be replaced or supplemented according to their discretion
- Data visualization & other information visualizations accepted (infographics, charts, graphs, animation, illustration, etc.)
- Web/social elements may be embedded in the article so long as the original post/content belongs to the publication or author and is available publicly
