Looking Back at 2021: TCC hosts Halloween contest

: Tulsa Community College (TCC) hosted a Halloween costume contest at the Northeast Campus. The event was sponsored by Student Life.

Chaboya is program director for English as a Second Language; Wandke, academic counselor at the NE campus; Rowe, associate professor; and Brockett, assistant professor.
