Provides assistance to attend the IRE Conference, June 22-25, 2023 in Orlando, FL.
Description
The scholarship is made possible by Dr James Richard Bennett, professor emeritus of English at the University of Arkansas.

Who is eligible?
Journalism students in Arkansas, Mississippi, Oklahoma or Louisiana. University of Arkansas, Fayetteville students are not eligible.

ONF Internships
At least 17 newspapers or online news organizations will receive funding to host a paid intern in summer 2023. The program promotes the value of working at Oklahoma news organizations and benefits students as they begin their professional careers.
Deadline: Student applications should be submitted or postmarked no later than February 15, 2023.
