Reporter’s Notebook: “Spring Salad” is a tasty recipe from the former USSR

Tatyana Nyborg, TCC Connection Metro Campus editor, likes to collect food recipes. “Spring Salad” is one of her findings. It is an egg salad that is easy to cook.

Collect several eggs and boil them. Remove the egg shells and cut the eggs into small pieces. Smash the eggs to create a porridge-like mass. Add mayonnaise. Chop green onions and add them to the salad. Add a little bit of salt and black pepper. Mix everything. The salad can be served as a side dish.
