Every month, Tulsa Community College students can sign for a monthly subscription for a bag, but they must be enrolled as a student for the semester. Each month, students receive different theme bags. Last month was October, thus, the theme for that bag was Halloween. The month pictured below is November and so the theme is International Student Organization.
